In 1947, from the union of a businessman dedicated to the bonbonería and two of the owners of the Gran Casino alfajores factory, they devised a novel form of alfajor, giving rise in 1948 to the Havanna factory, which had the particularity that the elaboration was in public view.
Over the years, they opened branches all over the country and became an icon for all Argentines living all over the world, achieving the well-deserved recognition as traditional Argentinean alfajor.
