Made with glucose and fructose syrup, whole milk powder, water, sugar, skimmed milk powder and aroma (vanilla). It does not contain colorants or stabilizers. Industrial presentations do not contain vanilla and have potassium sorbate (E-202) as a preservative.

Dulce de lche is the most delicious candy on the face of the earth. Nothing compares to its taste: neither chocolate, honey nor Nutella come close. Once you taste it for the first time, you never give it up.

In this case it is a well-cut, viscous and structured candy. Its consistency is softer than dulce de leche pastelero which allows it to be more malleable, which is perfect for handling the filling of alfajores.
