Jam made in Patagonia, from the manual harvesting to the elaboration of this rich jam, which results in an irresistible sweetness. The elderberry jam is the result of these berries of globular shape, fleshy and extremely juicy. The most common are dark purplish berries, between the color of a cherry and a blueberry. They are edible wild fruits, both the skin and pulp can be eaten. The fruits are used to make jams, syrups, dyes and wines. It has a great antioxidant effect.
