Products shipped outside the European Union are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable to the goods purchased by the government of Spain. Once the package arrives at its destination country, any customs or import duty charges levied by the government of the destination country must be borne by the consignee, i.e., you. *Islands:

Shipments to Islands in any EU or non-EU zone are subject to additional fees (Island surcharge), due to their "Remote Zone" status. Therefore, once the order has been placed, if the customer resides in an island area, they must contact our customer service (or our customer service may contact them by identifying the island destination) to request special pricing to its destination, which is calculated based on it and the purchase weight/volume. Once it has been priced, the customer can accept the quote or reject it, after which the amount they previously paid on our website for their purchase will be immediately refunded, through the payment method made. Transportation

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

The purchase invoice can be viewed in the registration account created by the customer in the online store pampadrugstore.net.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no checkout or delivery of orders.

Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the EXTERIOR condition of the box or package upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note. Return Policy

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without giving any reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs that will be borne by the consumer and/or user.

The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:

The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the user made the purchase.
