All shipments to islands (both within and outside the EU) are subject to a remote area surcharge. In some cases, this surcharge will be calculated after your order is placed. We will contact you to confirm the applicable shipping cost based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment. You may either accept or decline the quoted shipping cost. If you decline, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Please note that refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For destinations outside the European Union: Spanish VAT is not charged on your order. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, and customs clearance charges that may apply in the destination country. Delivery times may be extended if the shipment is held by customs for inspection or clearance procedures. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations and charges with your local customs authority before placing your order.
