In 1967 Don Saturnino founded a small bakery where various delicacies were produced, among them the traditional bizcocho de grasa. As the years went by, this product became more and more popular, and the whole family joined the project, being able to produce together to satisfy the growing demand.

It is made with enriched wheat flour (iron, folic acid, thiamine -B1-, riboflavin -B2-, niacin), refined bovine fat, water, sugar and salt. May also contain milk derivatives.

Nutritional information (serving 29 grams = 7 biscuits): Calories 140 kcal, carbohydrates 20 grams, protein 3.0 grams, total fat 6.0 grams and sodium 170 mg.

Salty sponge cake covered with brown sugar. It is a perfect combination of sweet and salty. Ideal to accompany mate or coffee. If you try them, you can't stop eating them.
