When the American Melville Sewell Bagley arrived in Argentina and in 1864 founded the company that bears his name, he never imagined that more than 150 years later he would produce the most consumed crackers by Argentines.
Water crackers, perfect to spread with white cheese, jam or dulce de leche, or to make ham and cheese sandwiches, salami or any other type of cold meat.
It has the following ingredients: Wheat flour, bovine fat, salt, malt extract, glucose syrup, yeast, chemical leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate) and emulsifier (soy lecithin). Also contains wheat, gluten, barley, soy, traces of almond, oat, rye, egg, milk, peanut and sesame.
Ideal to consume in any of the four daily meals or as a sweet or salty snack. Eating them with a mate amargo is a classic.
