Winery located in Pedriel and Agrelo in the department of Luján de Cuyo (Tunuyán) in the heart of the Uco Valley in the province of Mendoza. This line of varietals stands out for its fruity characteristics, velvety texture and long-lasting flavor in the mouth.
The altitude, which ranges between 650 and 1060 meters above sea level, causes a marked thermal amplitude, particularly during the night where there is a drop in temperature that allows the grapes to ripen slowly over a longer period of time, obtaining a greater amount of aromas and flavors, which are fresher.
Intense red color, ripe plum flavors and violet aromas. Medium body and round tannins, with a very fruity and fresh finish with good persistence.
Ideal for pairing with roast beef or pork with medium intensity accompaniments; poultry with creamy sauces or side dishes; pasta with meat; risottos and semi-hard cheeses
