Winery located in the province of Mendoza since its inception in 1883, is recognized for the relentless pursuit of innovation, basing all its success on the importance of the recognition of the land and the use of new technologies. It was also a pioneer in aspects such as the introduction of French vines, the importation of French oak barrels and the introduction of wines from a micro-terroir.
This wine has a bright red color with violet hues. It has fruity aromas of plum and cherry. Round on the palate with fruity tones.
Technical Information: Composition: 100% Malbec, 13.5% alcohol.
Fermentation (selected yeasts): 15 days at 23-26ºC, and Malolactic Fermentation: natural at controlled temperature.
Ideal with grilled meats, pasta, seasoned cuisine and semi-hard cheeses such as gouda, gruyere and edam.
