Bodega San Telmo produces high quality wines that combine modern technology with exceptional grapes harvested in privileged areas. These areas are endowed with outstanding conditions for the cultivation of the finest varieties, since temperatures, both in winter and summer, are kept within a moderate range, an indispensable condition to preserve the differential flavor and aroma of the noble varieties.

The winery has been established since 1973 in the province of Mendoza at altitudes ranging from 700 to 900 meters above sea level, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly while maintaining the liveliness of the fruit in the wine.

This wine has an intense red color. It has aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and cassis with spicy details. The palate has an intense flavor, soft tannins, balanced and with permanence of taste.

Technical Information: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13.8% alcohol.

Ideal to accompany veal, lamb or poultry.
