Norton Reserva Malbec wine:

Norton is a historic winery located in the province of Mendoza, on the side of the Andes Mountains, a place of fertile lands and with the ideal climate for the production of the best fine wine in the country. The Reserva line is characterized by its elegance and complexity, composed of carefully selected grapes from vineyards between 30 and 50 years old

This wine has an intense red color with purple hues. It has an expressive aroma, ripe black fruits, violets, spices and tobacco. The palate is full-bodied, fleshy and persistent on the finish.

Technical Information: Composition 100 % Malbec, Alcohol 13.5 %, Acidity 5.25 grams per liter, Reducing Sugars 1.61 grams per liter and ph 3.60.

Fermentation (selected yeasts): 7 days at 25ºC, and Malolactic Fermentation: 100% natural.

Ideal with big game, beef, pork, spicy pastas and mushrooms.

Trumpeter Reserva Malbec wine:

Exquisite line of wines produced by Rutini Winery that contains strains of enormous quality and the contribution of distinguished oak from France and the United States, which together with the best production standards achieve a product of excellence.

This wine has an intense garnet color, with purple hues. It has hints of floral and fruity aromas such as plum, cassis and strawberry that are easily recognizable. Juicy tannins are perceived on the palate that provide softness and a long finish that results in a balanced roundness.

Technical Information: Composition: 100% Malbec, 14.0% alcohol, acidity 5.17 grams per liter, and ph 3.7. Aged for 12 months.

Fermentation: Alcoholic: In stainless steel tanks. Malolactic: 100 %.

Ideal to accompany sausages, baked beef, roast, lamb and Creole cuisine in general.
