Winery located in Pedriel and Agrelo in the department of Luján de Cuyo (Tunuyán) in the heart of the Uco Valley in the province of Mendoza. It is part of the line of young wines of this company. Its name recognizes the guardian trees that protect the vineyards from the inclement Zonda wind typical of the area.
The altitude, which ranges between 750 and 900 meters above sea level, causes a marked thermal amplitude, particularly during the night where there is a drop in temperature that allows the grapes to ripen slowly over a longer period of time, obtaining a greater amount of aromas and flavors, which are fresher.
It has aromas and flavors of strawberries and plums. Medium-bodied with delicate tannins, it is essentially a fruity and fresh beverage, easy to drink.
Ideal to accompany poultry dishes, pasta or lean red meats in light preparations.
