Vineyard areas: Center - East (Mendoza).
Harvest: manual.
Barrel type: American oak (33% new, 33% 1st use, 33% 2nd use).
Alcohol: 13.3%.
Tasting note: Bright plum ruby. A pronounced and fruity aroma, where the fresh red fruit stands out, nuanced with smoky and vanilla hints, which the contact with the oak delivers, characterizes the first perceptions. On the palate, its roundness and balance between acidity and a pleasant structure, also due to fluid, very soft tannins, are surprising. From the number of varieties of vitis vinifera that are involved in the composition and, in addition, from the old Spanish custom of eating twelve grapes -for each chime that announces the New Year- this wine takes its name.
