Vineyard areas: Center - East (Mendoza).
Harvest: manual.

Aging: 10 months.

Alcohol: 13,3%.
Tasting notes: Bright plum ruby. A pronounced and fruity aroma, where fresh red fruit stands out, nuanced with smoky and vanilla hints, which the contact with the oak characterizes the first perceptions. On the palate, it is surprisingly round and balanced between acidity and a pleasant structure also due to smooth, fluid tannins. This wine takes its name from the number of varieties of vitis vinifera involved in the composition and also from the old Spanish custom of eating twelve grapes -for each chime that heralds the New Year-.
