This centenary winery, located along 400 hectares of vineyards in the cities of Maipù and Tupungato (Uco Valley), is a typical product of Mendoza, which is where the best wines of Argentina come from.
It is a red wine of good intensity and nuance. It has an aroma of fruit jelly (plum, raspberry) and a slight hint of oak. A fruity taste typical of plum and raspberry is perceived on the palate, with an elegant, smooth finish with personality.
Technical Information: Composition 100% Malbec, Alcohol 12.5%, Acidity 4.83 grams per liter (tartaric acid) and Sugar 2.27 grams per liter.
It takes 9 days to ferment and is kept for three months in oak barrels, followed by three more months in the bottle.
Recommended to accompany red meats, grilled meats, hard cheeses and pasta with tomato sauce.
