Winery located in the fertile lands of the Cafayate Valley in the Province of Salta, where these wines are produced from high quality grapes that reflect all the fresh fruit flavor and personality of this area.

This wine has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. It has an aroma of ripe grapes, peach, lime and white flowers that denote its typicity. A delicate, refreshing and floral taste is perceived on the palate, with a fruity but fresh finish.

Technical Information: Composition: 100% Torrontés, Alcohol 13.0%, Acidity 6.35 grams per liter, Sugar 3.90 grams per liter and Ph 3.40.

Fermentation: Pre-fermentative maceration for 72 days at 8ÂșC, then for 17 days. Alcoholic Fermentation: 10 days at 15-17ÂșC.

Ideal drink as an aperitif and to accompany seafood, lean fish, chicken and Asian cuisine
