Norton is a historic winery located in the province of Mendoza on the side of the Andes Mountains, a place with fertile lands and the ideal climate for the production of the best fine wine in the country.

This wine has a golden yellow color with greenish hues. It has an aroma of green apple and tropical fruits. It is perceived on the palate with a good structure, round and balanced with a delicate finish.

Technical Information: Composition 100% Chardonnay, Alcohol 13.4%, Acidity 5.64 grams per liter, Sugar 2.06 grams per liter and pH 3.50

Fermentation (indigenous yeasts) entirely in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at temperatures between 16ºC and 18ºC

Ideal with white fish, grilled or smoked fish, seafood, white meats, pasta or roast chicken.
