This wine has an intense greenish-yellow color. The first aromas resemble ripe stone fruit such as peach, with a touch of vanilla (from the oak aging). The palate has a soft and round flavor that provides sensations of tropical fruits such as pineapple combined with a fine mineral framework.

Technical Information: Composition: 100 % Chardonnay, Alcohol 13.3 %, Acidity 5.85 grams per liter, and ph 3.35. Aged for 6 months at 30% of the blend.

Malolactic fermentation 30%.

Perfect for pairing with fresh pink salmon, seafood risotto, poultry with herbal creams and spicy semi-hard cheeses such as gruyere.
